In Part 3 of my continuing unfolding story of the legal plight of Bruce Aristeo, I have so far presented:
- Jody Raines’ Unbelievable “Indefinite” Temporary Restraining Order Against Bruce Aristeo
- The Insane Camden County (NJ) Arrest Warrant for an “Indefinite” Temporary Restraining Order Violation
(NOTE: Because I have written numerous articles on the Jody Raines – Camden County Prosecutors vs. Bruce Aristeo Legal Saga, there is now an article index I refer new readers to read and catch-up. I highly recommend you read the articles in chronological order to get the full, complete story with the proper context.)
In this post, I reveal some of the “inflammatory” videos of Jody Raines (produced by Bruce Aristeo) that caused Bruce to be arrested, locked in jail for six months, and indicted by a Camden County grand jury! His trial begins in January 2016. Sadly, he has no lawyer to represent him at this time. These videos were used as the basis of “evidence” in the grand jury proceeding against Bruce and his alleged violation of the “Indefinite” Temporary Restraining Order (TRO).
Bruce allegedly violates the “Indefinite” TRO for creating a website (MonkeyCom.net) that satirizes and parodies Jody Raines’ WebMarCom website. MonkeyCom periodically displays a photo of Jody Raines.
The 7.5 minute “MonkeyCom 5 Psychosis” video below is also considered a “violation” of the “Indefinite” TRO (see Grand Jury transcript) for the following reasons:
- Bruce displays and satirically critiques several of Jody Raines’ blog posts and web pages from her WebMarCom website.
- For 10-seconds, a Google Image search result reveals Google-indexed images and photos of Jody Raines.
- Bruce uses and displays the word “psychosis” in his satirical video critique.
This two videos below were deemed “inflammatory” and a violation of the “Indefinite” TRO for its dark humor regarding Jody Raines’ dog. Personally, I found the video funny because I appreciate dark humor.
This 1.5-minute video was deemed a violation of the “Indefinite” TRO because Bruce launched it as the introductory video of the “Bandaid Justice” YouTube channel educating the public of his ongoing legal battles against Jody Raines and the Camden County judicial system.
How any of these videos can be used as “evidence” as violation of any restraining order leading to an arrest, being locked away for six months, and getting indicted by a grand jury is mind-blowing to me.
In my next post, I uncover the the very unfair and unjust grand jury indictment of Bruce Aristeo.
